Senior Video Editor

We are looking for a Senior Video Editor to lead end-to-end video production for our content studio. This role requires a strong balance of creative vision, technical expertise, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will translate brand and campaign briefs into high-quality, purpose-driven video assets while collaborating closely with creative, strategy, and account teams to ensure consistency, speed, and quality across all outputs.This is a full-time contractual, in-office role based out of Bengaluru.- Lead end-to-end video production with an AI-first approach—from brief interpretation to final delivery - Translate FMCG brand, product, and campaign briefs into engaging, performance-driven video narratives - Utilize AI-powered tools (generative video, automated editing, voiceovers, motion workflows) to enhance efficiency and scale content production - Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account teams to align outputs with brand objectives and campaign goals - Maintain high-quality post-production standards across formats, ensuring consistency across platforms - Support rapid content creation and iteration for social media and performance marketing campaigns - Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-paced agency environment - Ensure consistency in visual storytelling, brand tone, and design language - Stay updated and experiment with emerging AI video tools and trendsRequirements- 3–5 years of experience in video editing and post-production, preferably in a creative/digital agency - Exposure to FMCG brands with an understanding of consumer-focused, high-volume content - Working knowledge of AI-assisted video tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, Synthesia, Adobe Firefly) - Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, etc.) - Strong grasp of storytelling, pacing, and platform-specific content (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) - Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines - Strong collaboration and communication skills in a team-driven environment - Interest in leveraging AI to optimize creative workflows and output qualityThis is a full-time contractual, in-office role based out of Bengaluru.
