Role Overview: You’ll own our video production end to end. Turn clear briefs and scripts into platform-ready edits with strong hooks, tight pacing, thoughtful motion graphics, and clean sound. Raise overall production quality across Reels, Shorts, and YouTube, and iterate using performance data. You will also keep an overall check on all our social channels to make sure everything is in order, handle basic scheduling and publishing, and flag any issues. Roles and Responsibilities: Editing and Post Create and Edit short and long form videos for Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, and YouTube Build tight openings, add captions, SFX, music, and smooth transitions Color correct, light grade, mix dialogue and music, export clean masters Deliver channel-specific cuts in 9:16 and 16:9 for Paid Ads purposes Motion Graphics and Explainers Create lower thirds, callouts, kinetic type, logo stings, UI animations Produce product demos and feature launch videos using screen recordings, moclkups and overlays Maintain on-brand visual systems across all motion assets Production Plan simple shoots, handle camera, lighting, and audio for any content creation needs Capture crisp screen flows for product storytelling Publishing and QA Thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and basic scheduling across YouTube, Instagram, and Linked Keep project files tidy with versioning and organized asset libraries Analytics and Iteration Read retention graphs, spot drop-offs, improve hooks, intros, and pacing Track watch time, retention, CTR, click-to-site, and report what moved the needle Requirements: 2–4 years editing social-first video for a brand or creator Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, solid After Effects for motion graphics, basic Audition or equivalent, DaVinci or Final Cut Proven work on product explainers, including UI animations and screen-recorded demos Camera, lighting, and audio basics for quick in-office setups Portfolio that shows you can hook fast, retain viewers, and drive action Comfortable delivering to platform specs and adapting cuts per channel Clear communicator, strong ownership of deadlines and outcomes What We Offer: Ownership of Learnyst’s video output across Reels, Shorts, YouTube, launches, and explainers Creative freedom with clear KPIs and fast feedback Competitive pay, performance incentives, office meals and snacks, game zone Standard hours: 10 AM to 7 PM, Monday to Friday If you think video is your craft and motion design is your edge, apply now.
