Role Overview:  We are seeking a multi-talented AI Video Content Creator & Editor  to join our team full-time. This role is for a true content strategist, not just a video editor. You will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our short-form video content, from initial research and ideation to scripting, production, and final editing. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of what makes educational content go viral, is a compelling storyteller, and is excited about leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to innovate and streamline the creative process. Key Responsibilities: Content Strategy & Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify trending topics, viral formats, and content gaps within the EdTech and K-12 education space. Analyze competitor and industry-leading content to figure out what works and develop unique video templates and series ideas that align with Pupil Tree's ethos. Proactively pitch new content ideas that are engaging for students, parents, and educators. Scriptwriting: Write clear, concise, and engaging scripts for short-form videos (30-90 seconds) that are optimized for audience retention and engagement (strong hooks, clear value, call-to-action). Video Editing & Production: Edit raw footage into polished, dynamic, and visually appealing Instagram Reels and other short-form videos. Incorporate graphics, text overlays, dynamic captions, background music, sound effects, and transitions to enhance storytelling. Ensure all videos adhere to the Pupil Tree brand guidelines and maintain a consistent style and quality. AI Tool Integration & Innovation: Utilize AI tools like HeyGen  to create and animate digital avatars for video content. Leverage AI voice synthesis platforms like ElevenLabs  for high-quality voiceovers and audio production. Explore and use AI image and video generation models to create unique b-roll, graphics, and stock assets for educational content. Stay updated on the latest AI tools and trends in content creation and implement them to improve efficiency and creativity.
