Conference Producer

About the Role We are looking for an ambitious and versatile Conference Producer to join our India team. This role blends conference production with editorial responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be passionate about research, confident engaging with senior technology leaders, and skilled in writing and content development. You will be responsible for designing high-quality agendas, acquiring and coordinating speakers, and ensuring the commercial viability of each event. In addition, you will contribute editorial support by conducting interviews, assisting with content creation, and collaborating with the editorial team to align event programming with ’s broader coverage. This is a hands-on role requiring creativity, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities Research, write, and deliver innovative agendas for CIO events. Identify key topics, trends, and case studies to shape compelling event programmes. Recruit, brief, and manage high-profile speakers. Host and moderate conference sessions, roundtables, and panel discussions. Project manage conferences from concept through delivery (agenda, speakers, content, logistics coordination). Partner with the events, sales, and marketing teams to ensure strong positioning and marketability. Analyze post-event feedback and research to continuously improve agendas. Requirements / Desired Skills Previous experience in conference production (preferred) or editorial/technology journalism. Strong research and interviewing skills; ability to translate complex topics into compelling content. Exceptional writing, copyediting, and proofreading skills. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders. Ability to host and moderate live events, panels, and discussions. Outstanding organizational and time management skills; comfortable managing multiple projects. Proactive, ambitious, and willing to push beyond comfort zones. Collaborative mindset; able to work independently and within a team. Keen interest in the technology industry and emerging digital trends. High attention to detail and commitment to editorial and event excellence.
