This role requires a hands-on technical leader who ensures service stability, team productivity, operational governance, and superior customer experience within a managed services environment.Technology Scope (Must Have)VDI: VMware Horizon VDI, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)Endpoint Management: Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft IntuneEndpoint Security: Microsoft Defender (Endpoint / AV / EDR)Key ResponsibilitiesService Delivery & Customer ExperienceOwn SLA, KPI, and OLA performance across EUC towersDrive CSAT/NPS outcomes through service quality and delivery excellenceAct as the escalation point for critical incidents and service risksTechnical LeadershipMaintain 9/10 hands-on proficiency in at least one core EUC technologyProvide technical oversight, guidance, and escalation supportAnalyze incident trends and drive root-cause resolutionTeam & Delivery GovernanceHire, manage, and mentor EUC delivery teamsDrive productivity via daily stand-ups, onsite governance, and delivery disciplineUtilize tools such as JIRA for task tracking, workload management, and reportingProcess, SOPs & ComplianceDesign, document, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Ensure compliance with client standards, security controls, and audit requirementsRisk & Continuous ImprovementIdentify delivery and operational risks proactivelyLead mitigation and contingency planningDrive process improvements, efficiency gains, automation, and best-practice adoptionRequired Experience & Skills13+ years in EUC / End User Computing within IT Services or Managed ServicesStrong expertise in VDI, Endpoint Management, and Endpoint SecurityProven experience hiring and managing delivery teamsStrong understanding of RUN operations and service governanceExcellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skillsRUN-focused delivery leader with strong technical depthProcess-driven, metrics-oriented, and customer-first mindsetComfortable operating in high-availability, enterprise environments
