Murex Technical Support Consultant - Bengaluru, India

Project Description:- This role supports the Murex platform by ensuring system availability, incident resolution, and production stability. You will work closely with technology teams to maintain a resilient environment for trading and risk management systems.Responsibilities:- Monitor and support Murex applications to ensure availability and performance. - Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines. - Perform log analysis, root-cause identification, and provide permanent fixes. - Coordinate with infrastructure, DBA, and network teams for environment-related issues. - Support system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning activities.Mandatory Skills Description:- 2-4 years of experience in IT support with hands-on exposure to Python/Java, Cloud (AWS & Azure), and PostgreSQL. - At least 2 years of direct experience with Murex. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. - Good communication and coordination abilities.Nice-to-Have Skills Description:- Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management). - Experience with automation or scripting for production support. - Exposure to financial products and trading systems.
