CCTC | ECTC | Notice Period | Location Preference nitin.patil@ Act fast for immediate attention! ⏳Key Responsibilities Platform Configuration (IBP, DP, SP, S&OE) Configure o9’sDemand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP, and S&OEmodules based on business needs. DevelopAttribute-Based Hierarchies , time bucket profiles, aggregation & disaggregation rules for multi-level planning. Build custom planning logic using o9 planning engines, heuristics, and scripting tools (Python/R). Perform hands-on system setup, troubleshooting, and configuration changes aligned with functional requirements. Lead configuration activities and ensure delivery timelines are met. o9 Data Model & Planning Engine Design Build and maintain master data (products, locations, customers) and key planning attributes. Optimize pegging logic, supply allocation rules, constraint modeling, and exception workflows. ConfigureScenario Managerfor complex what-if analysis (demand spikes, production delays, supply disruptions). Integration & Data Pipeline Management Design and validate data pipelines integrating o9 withSAP ECC, APO, IBP , and external data sources. Troubleshoot data ingestion issues usingo9 Loaderand collaborate with IT/Integration teams. Manage data quality checks, error resolution, and support cutover & migration activities. Scenario Management, Analytics & Dashboards Develop interactive dashboards usingo9 KPI Engineto monitor forecast accuracy, inventory metrics, and service levels. Configure exceptions for stockouts, excess inventory, and production bottlenecks. Testing, Validation & Production Support Execute unit, system, integration, and UAT testing for o9 configurations. Resolve issues viaServiceNowand provide L2/L3 support to planners post-go-live. Documentation & Training Prepare technical playbooks, config documentation, calculation logic, and data mapping references. Deliver training onTag UI, Workflow Designer, Scenario Managerfor regional planning teams. Required Qualifications Education Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Experience 3–5+ yearsof hands-on experience configuringo9 IBP / S&OEmodules (Demand360, Supply360). Strong experience inIBP, S&OE, Supply Planningin CPG/FMCG industries. 2+ full lifecycle implementationsof o9 or SAP IBP (including data migration and cutover). Technical Skills o9 Modules: Modeler, Workflow Designer, KPI Engine, Scenario Manager, Data Ingestion. Integration Tools:Snowflake, Talend, Kafka, REST APIs, SAP CPI, Oracle OIC . Data Modeling: Time-series forecasting, constraint-based supply models. Analytics: Power BI, Tableau, or o9 native dashboards. Tools:SQL, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow . Preferred: IBPL scripting knowledge. Additional Preferred Experience Certifications:o9 Solutions, SAP IBP, Kinaxis RapidResponse . Exposure to AI/ML-driven demand sensing or control tower frameworks. Experience with Agile/Scrum and Jira board management. Nice to Have (Data Engineering Add-On) 3+ yearsexperience in Data Architecture or Data Engineering. Experience withAWS / Azure / GCPcloud platforms. Hands-on knowledge ofPython, PySpark, SQL , Airflow, SSIS. Familiarity withParquet, JSON, REST APIs, HDFS, Delta Lake, Hive, Presto . Proficiency with version control platforms (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket).
