Role: Automation SpecialistsLocation: Offshore/India (Bengalore/Hyderbad/Chennai)Availability : Immediate to 30 daysWe are looking for 5+ years’ experience in SRE focused on Splunk tool, who would design, implement, and maintain automating application onboarding into Splunk.Technical Skills:- Five or more years of experience with SRE focused on Splunk tool - Expertise in Splunk and automating application onboarding into Splunk - Experience in Kubernetes skills with Helm charts automation to onboard logs - Experience in Full stack observability with Splunk (preferred) / Datadog, Infra monitoring, App onboarding and APM - Strong understanding of distributed systems: To understand the complexities of modern architecture, including microservices, cloud-native environments, and hybrid infrastructure. - Proficiency in observability tools: Familiar with tools for logging, metrics, and tracing, such as ELK Stack, Splunk/Grafana, Prometheus, and distributed tracing systems. - Data analysis and visualization skills: analyze telemetry data to identify trends and patterns and create visualizations to communicate insights. - Scripting and automation: automate tasks and create scripts to manage observability infrastructure. - Should have experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, and GCP - Communication skills, especially for explaining technical concepts to nontechnical business leaders - Experience in insurance domain - Professional certification.Key Responsibilities and Skill- Understand infra monitoring and App onboarding into Splunk - Create a factory model to onboard applications to Splunk - Understand the application of architecture to instrument them for observability. Need to automate the onboarding of applications in a factory model. - Designing and Implementing Observability Pipelines: Observability engineers create robust pipelines to collect, aggregate, and analyze data from various sources. - Monitoring and ing: They establish monitoring systems and s to detect anomalies and performance issues in real-time. - Metric & Instrumentation Standards: Defining common metric standards for every stage of the Application Lifecycle process and Instrumentation standards and scripting including OTel standards alignment - Collaboration and Communication: They collaborate with development, SRE, and other teams to ensure observability practices are integrated into workflows and to share insights. - Staying Up-to-Date: They stay current with the latest trends in observability, logging, monitoring, and cloud technologies. - Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: They create comprehensive documentation for observability systems and processes and share knowledge with other teams.Qualification:- Somebody who has at least 5+ years of work experience who has played Automation Specialists role. - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science, information technology, engineering, or related discipline - Education qualification: Any degree from a reputed college
