The property also features a convention center, an open-air swimming pool, a spa offering a mix of Indian and Western treatments, and a lively nightclub, making it a one-stop destination for relaxation and business endeavors.Role Description The Chief Security Officer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of security at the Radisson Blu Bengaluru Outer Ring Road to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and assets. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing security policies, conducting risk assessments, managing and training the security team, and liaising with local authorities. The role also involves monitoring surveillance systems, investigating security incidents, and maintaining compliance with safety and security regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru, and local candidates are preferred.Qualifications Strong expertise in security management, emergency response planning, and risk assessment Proficiency in implementing and overseeing surveillance systems, access control systems, and security protocols Proven leadership skills, team training, and ability to manage security personnel effectively Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and local authorities Knowledge of local laws, safety regulations, and compliance requirements Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory Ability to remain calm and decisive in high-pressure or emergency situations Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field is a plus
