With a people-first approach, we deliver deep expertise and innovative solutions across industries.Role Overview We are seeking an experiencedOCI Security Specialistto drive secure-by-design Oracle Cloud deployments and safeguard enterprise environments. This role requires hands-on expertise with OCI security services, compliance frameworks, and identity management, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure resilient and compliant cloud operations.Key Responsibilities Implement and manageOCI Cloud Guard, Security Zones, Threat Intelligence, Data Safe, VSS, WAF, Network Firewalland integrate withSIEM, CSPM, CASBtools. Design and enforceOCI IAM policies, dynamic groups, federation (SSO/SAML/OIDC), MFA, and RBACensuring least-privilege access. Conductvulnerability scansusing OCI VSS, Qualys, or Tenable, oversee remediation, and manage patch compliance. Ensurecompliance with regulatory standards(GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC 2) and cloud frameworks (CSA CCM, OCI CIS Benchmarks). Architect secure OCI environments aligned toZero Trust and defense-in-depth principles . Implementdata security controlssuch as encryption, tokenization, and vault-based key management. Leadincident detection and response , integrating OCI security monitoring with SIEM platforms and managing investigations. Partner with DevOps toembed security into CI/CD pipelinesand mentor junior engineers on OCI security practices.Candidate Profile Proven expertise inOracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) security services . Strong knowledge ofidentity & access management, vulnerability management, and compliance frameworks . 8+ years in security operations with at least 3+ years in OCI environments preferred. Oracle Security certifications (OCI, CISSP, CISM, or equivalent) will be an advantage. Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.Work Schedule Shift:Middle East timings (10:30 AM – 7:30 PM IST) Workdays:Sunday to Thursday(Weekly off: Friday & Saturday)
