Know More: Know More: Key Responsibilities Perform explicit crash simulations (e.g., frontal, side, rear impact, rollover) using tools such as LS-DYNA . Evaluate structural integrity and occupant safety performance using virtual tools. Analyze airbag, seatbelt, and restraint systems performance. Interpret test requirements and correlate CAE results with physical crash test data. Prepare detailed CAE reports, documentation, and presentations for internal and customer reviews. Conduct model preparation, meshing, and boundary condition setup. Required Skills & Qualifications • Strong knowledge of LS-DYNA, HyperMesh, ANSA, or equivalent tools. • Experience in dummy modeling (e.g., Hybrid III, EuroSID, etc.) and interpreting injury criteria (HIC, Nij, chest deflection). • Familiarity with FMVSS, NCAP, ECE R94/95, or other global crash regulations. • Experience in pre- and post-processing tools like HyperView, MetaPost, Animator, etc. • Good understanding of vehicle structure, materials, and BIW design. Education & Experience • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical engineering field. Experience • 3 -8 Years
