Job Title: Interior Sales Executive / Interior Business Development ExecutiveLocation: Across BangaloreWork Mode: OnsiteWorking Days: 6 DaysIndustry: Must be from Design Services / Interior Design FirmJob Summary:We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong interior materials knowledge and proven sales experience in the interior design / commercial interiors industry. The role involves generating business, understanding client requirements, proposing suitable interior solutions, coordinating with design and execution teams, and closing projects. The candidate should be confident in handling clients, explaining materials, finishes, and driving revenue.Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development- Generate leads for interior design and fit-out projects (commercial / corporate office space). - Meet clients, understand their space requirements, budgets, and design expectations. - Present interior solutions and project proposals. - Convert leads into confirmed projects and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.Interior Materials Knowledge- Strong knowledge of interior materials such as: - Plywood, MDF, HDHMR - Laminates, veneers - Flooring (carpet, vinyl, tiles, SPC, wooden flooring) - Partitions (gypsum, glass, aluminum) - Ceilings, paints, wall finishes - Hardware, fittings, lighting basics - Suggest suitable materials based on client budget, design, and durability. - Educate clients on material quality, finishes, and maintenance.Client Handling & Coordination- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction. - Handle client presentations, design discussions, and material selections. - Coordinate between client, design team, and execution team to ensure smooth project flow. - Attend site visits and meetings when required.Design & Estimation Support- Coordinate with designers for layout planning and design concepts. - Support in preparing BOQs, quotations, and cost estimates. - Explain project scope, materials, and pricing clearly to clients.Vendor & Market Knowledge- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, new materials, and pricing. - Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material samples, pricing, and timelines. - Support procurement team during material finalization.Documentation & Reporting- Maintain CRM records of leads, follow-ups, and closures. - Prepare sales reports, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. - Ensure proper documentation of client approvals and agreements.Required Skills & Experience:- 2–6 years of experience in interior sales / interior materials sales / corporate interiors sales. - Strong understanding of interior materials and finishes. - Experience in selling interior design or turnkey fit-out projects. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Ability to understand drawings and basic BOQs is an added advantage. - Target-driven and client-focused mindset.Preferred Background:- Corporate interiors - Commercial fit-outs - Residential interiors - Interior materials showrooms or suppliers
