Hiring for one of India’s leading manufacturers, importers, and distributors of food ingredients,Role: Strategic Key Account Leader – Global B2B SalesLocation: BangaloreExperience & Qualifications- 8–15 years of experience in B2B Sales, Key Account Management, or Technical Sales, preferably in food ingredients, specialty chemicals, or allied industries. - Demonstrated success in managing global or multinational customers and consistently achieving revenue and margin targets. - Experience handling Pan-India accounts and exposure to international markets or export customers will be a strong advantage.Preferred Industry Background- Food Ingredients | Specialty Chemicals | Flavours & FragrancesKey Responsibilities• Drive monthly & quarterly revenue growth through structured key account planning and execution• Build and expand long-term relationships with global & strategic customers• Act as a bridge between customers, suppliers, and R&D teams to introduce, trial, and commercialize specialty ingredients• Lead technical product presentations, application discussions & solution-based selling• Identify and develop new business opportunities across applications and markets• Lead commercial negotiations, contracts, and pricing strategies• Own sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and business performance reporting• Work closely with R&D & application teams to translate customer briefs into scalable commercial solutions• Track global market trends, customer insights & competitive intelligence
