The ideal candidate will expand our retail footprint, onboard new distributors, and ensure strong sales performance across markets.Key Responsibilities:- Achieve annual primary and secondary sales targets. - Identify, onboard, and nurture new distributors and retailers. - Ensure timely processing of claims, NOCs, and accurate SFA reporting. - Manage inventory levels, market outstandings, and overdue payments. - Drive promoter performance, reduce attrition, and ensure customer satisfaction. - Execute consumer engagement activities and market expansion initiatives.What We’re Looking For:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.Experience: 2+ years in FMCG Sales, with hands-on experience in General Trade.Skills:- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Proficient in MS Office and data interpretation. - Strong understanding of FMCG distributor networks and market trends. - Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.Why Join DeHaat?Be part of a purpose-led organization driving the future of sustainable agriculture.
