Account Manager [Growthvue]Location: Bangalore | Experience: 2-5 yearsTeam: Business | Reports to: CEO (Arpit Jain)About the Company:- GreedyGame founded in 2013 by Arpit Jain [CEO] is a leading ad-tech company that's been driving app growth and monetization - We’ve built a sustainable and profitable business for over 7 years without chasing vanity metrics and successfully completed our 0→1 journey, we’re now scaling rapidly (1→10 phase) - As a Google Publishing Partner, we serve 100M+ daily ad impressions and support 5,000+ apps and games worldwide—delivering up to 75% revenue uplift - Trusted by brands like Amazon, Dream11, MPL, Sharechat, Treebo, Mobikwik, and 1000+ publishers across 20+ countries.The Products we have:Pubscale - Our Flagship ProductEnables effective monetization, user acquisition, uplift revenue and analyzes business growth all in a single place.OfferwallA reward-based engagement layer that monetizes non-paying users through personalized, high-conversion tasks—driving eCPMs up to $1000 in Tier 1 geos and up to 3X more revenue in emerging marketsGROWA premium mobile DSP that enables you to connect with the right audience for your app, supporting multiple pricing models and advanced tracking to effectively scale your mobile marketing campaignsRoles & Responsibilities- Manage and scale a portfolio of Offerwall publishers, driving performance, retention, and revenue growth. - Act as the primary point of contact for publishers through Slack, email, and video calls. - Monitor and analyze Offerwall KPIs including EPC, CR, eCPM, ARPDAU, margin, and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities. - Prepare and present performance reports and QBRs, highlighting insights, trends, and actionable growth recommendations. - Partner with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to resolve integration issues and improve offer delivery and publisher experience. - Identify and execute revenue expansion initiatives such as new campaign categories, targeting changes, placement optimization, and GEO expansion. - Use publisher feedback and market insights to influence product improvements and monetization enhancements. - Take full ownership of assigned accounts, proactively driving initiatives to exceed performance, revenue, and retention goals.-Requirements- 2–6 years of experience in Offerwall, Publisher Management, Account Management, or Performance Marketing roles. - Strong hands-on experience managing publisher portfolios and monetization performance. - Solid understanding of Offerwall and performance marketing metrics (EPC, CR, eCPM, ARPDAU, margins). - Experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization. - Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Operations teams. - Strong communication and relationship management skills. - Comfortable owning revenue targets and working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.-Good to Have- Experience in AdTech, Affiliate Marketing, or Reward-based monetization platforms. - Exposure to international publishers, GEO expansion, and traffic diversification. - Familiarity with tracking, postbacks, SDK/API integrations, or MMPs. - Experience contributing to product roadmap discussions using data and publisher feedback.Why Join Us- Work at the intersection of marketing, strategy, and relationship-building in a fast-growing AdTech company. - Take ownership of creative, data-driven campaigns that directly influence business growth. - Collaborate across teams to deliver meaningful brand experiences through digital and event channels. - Be part of a team that values initiative, creativity, and measurable impact.
