This role combines customer relationship management, sales promotion, and administrative oversight to achieve organizational targets and deliver a seamless client experience.⸻Key Responsibilities:Sales Responsibilities:• Promote the clinic’s services to new and existing clients to increase revenue.• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, referral partners, and corporate clients.• Handle patient inquiries, explain treatment packages, and convert leads into appointments.• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.• Support marketing initiatives such as health camps, awareness drives, and online promotions.• Coordinate with the marketing team for local advertising and social media campaigns.Operations Responsibilities:• Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth workflow.• Coordinate schedules between physiotherapists and patients.• Manage front desk, billing, and appointment systems.• Monitor inventory of equipment and consumables.• Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and readiness of the clinic at all times.• Supervise support staff and ensure adherence to company policies.• Handle customer feedback and resolve operational issues promptly.• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for management..
