Our solutions are known for being reliable, user-friendly, and tailored to meet contemporary lifestyle demands.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist - Smart Living Solutions, located in Bengaluru. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential customers, demonstrating and promoting RiVa Smart’s innovative smart living products, and driving sales growth. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, training customers on product features, and ensuring a seamless sales experience. The role requires collaboration with the internal sales team to meet targets and deliver exceptional service.Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, address client needs, and provide proactive support - Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management to develop strategies, close deals, and meet sales targets - Experience or capability in Training customers and team members on product usage and features - Ability to efficiently explain technical concepts and provide clear, concise solutions - Proficiency in smart home technologies is a plus - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred - Demonstrated ability to work effectively on-site in a client-facing role
