Role Overview: We're looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to lead our resort sales efforts. This role is all about building strong client relationships, generating new business, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to boost resort revenue Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals Conduct site visits and presentations to showcase our facilities and services Negotiate and close deals to meet monthly and annual sales targets Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless service delivery Provide prompt and professional customer service Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity Requirements: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Business, or related field Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities
