Salesforce Architecture & Solution Design • Define and design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions to meet complex business requirements. • Lead multi-cloud Salesforce implementations , including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ. • Architect end-to-end integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, or middleware solutions. • Develop and maintain enterprise architecture standards, governance models, and technical roadmaps . • Optimize Salesforce data models, security architecture, and performance . 2. Technical Leadership & Development Oversight • Guide development teams by establishing coding best practices, design patterns, and performance optimization techniques . • Provide hands-on support in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL when needed. • Oversee CI/CD pipelines, DevOps strategies, and automated deployment processes (Salesforce DX, Git, Copado). • Conduct code reviews and mentor developers to ensure high-quality and maintainable solutions. 3. Stakeholder Engagement & Business Alignment • Partner with business leaders, product managers, and functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions . • Lead discovery and design workshops , gather requirements, and present architectural solutions. • Ensure alignment between Salesforce capabilities and broader enterprise architecture strategies . 4. Governance, Compliance, and Security • Define governance frameworks , ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices, security policies, and compliance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) • Manage Salesforce licensing, permission sets, and role-based access controls . • Perform regular system audits and oversee data integrity and security measures . 5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation • Stay updated on Salesforce releases, emerging trends, and new features , recommending innovative solutions. • Drive automation, AI-powered insights (Einstein Analytics), and workflow optimization within the Salesforce ecosystem. • Foster a culture of continuous learning, training, and certification across the Salesforce development team.
