About the Role:Objectives Understand customer preferencesduring festive gifting through direct engagement and feedback. Educate customerson our product range, including tasting notes and origin stories, through sample tastings. Increase brand awareness and drive salesduring Diwali via personalized interactions. Identify and develop young talentwho may be suitable for future organizational roles.Job Description: Interact with store customers. Present tasting notes and product origins. Facilitate product tastings. Collect structured feedback/data regarding gifting preferences. Ensure accurate information dissemination. Customer Insights: Rich, on-ground data regarding gifting behavior and product preferences for use in future product development and marketing. Brand Perception: Improved brand connection via informed ambassadors who communicate unique product qualities.
