About the Role We’re looking for a talented, enthusiastic, and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead and scale our inside sales function. This role requires a proven track record in edtech SaaS sales , with expertise in generating and qualifying leads, building strong pipelines, running high-impact demos, and consistently closing deals. You will own the end-to-end inside sales cycle and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth for India and emerging SEA markets. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Pipeline Building Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads across the education sector. Manage outreach campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and webinars. Sales Execution Own the full sales cycle: discovery calls, product demos, proposal discussions, and negotiations. Convert qualified leads into paying customers with strong closing ability. Collaboration Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns with sales goals. Partner with Customer Success to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Data & Reporting Track sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecast revenue. Optimize processes for faster cycles and higher conversion. Who You Are 6–10 years of experience in inside sales, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role. Strong background in edtech SaaS / B2B SaaS sales. Demonstrated success in lead generation, nurturing, and closing enterprise or institutional clients. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage startup environment.
