The Telesales Representative will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include understanding customer needs, selling products or services, maintaining customer records, and meeting sales targets. Additionally, the representative will receive continuous training to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.Qualifications Strong Communication skills with the ability to effectively convey information Customer Service and Customer Support experience Sales skills, including the ability to persuade and close deals Training and development capabilities Proactive and driven to achieve sales targets Excellent problem-solving skills Ability to work seamlessly in an on-site environment Prior experience in telesales or a related field is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
