Senior Sourcing Merchandiser

Position: Senior Sourcing MerchandiserLocation: Kormangala, Bangalore (In-Office)Joining: ImmediateExperience: Mini. 3-4 yrsSalary: Upto rs. 7 LPAResponsibilities:Sourcing, Vendor Management & Costing- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors across categories (woven, knits, denim) - Negotiate pricing, MOQs, lead times, and payment terms - Validate cost sheets (fabric, trims, CMT, washes, logistics) and drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising qualityProduct Development & Sampling- Coordinate proto, fit, and pre-production samples (PPS) with design teams and ensure timely approvals - Manage fabric sourcing, trims development, lab dipsProduction & Supply Chain Execution- Create POs and track orders from release to final shipment - Monitor T&A calendars and proactively resolve delays in fabric, trims, or production - Coordinate with planning (order allocation, sell-through) and warehouse/logistics for smooth dispatches - Ensure smooth execution of bulk production and delivery schedulesRequirements:- Strong knowledge of garment construction (men’s wear) and fabrics - Experience in vendor negotiation & management, sourcing, and costing - Familiarity with export/domestic sourcing ecosystems - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (costing sheets, trackers) - Strong execution, negotiation, and problem-solving skills - High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple styles and deadlines simultaneouslyHow to Apply:Please share resume to aakansha@
