The Fresh Factory is a focused high quality clean label grocery store which becomes a sourcing centre for the kitchen and barista for food and beverages.About the Role: We are looking for the Manager for grocery store operations in Bangalore, ensuring smooth daily operations while delivering world-class customer experiences.Responsibilities: Lead & Manage: Oversee store operations, ensuring efficiency across retail and supply chain. Drive Excellence: Maintain high-quality standards in overall brand experience. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team across different functions. Customer Experience: Ensure top-tier customer service and create an engaging, memorable atmosphere. Stock & Inventory: Optimize inventory levels, manage vendors, and oversee procurement. Process Optimization: Implement best practices, SOPs, and technology for seamless workflow.Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in retail operations - preferably grocery store / supermarket operations. Proven ability to launch, and manage premium outlets. Process-driven leader who thrives in structured yet dynamic environments. Excellent people management and leadership skills. Hands-on & proactive—someone who gets things done and thrives in problem-solving. Experience with premium or lifestyle-driven brands. Past travel experience is a bonus.
