Position: Sr. Executive-Garment Technician (Sample Development) Location: Arekere, Bengaluru Experience: Must have 5-12 years of experience. Qualifications: Graduation or Diploma in Textile/Fashion/Apparel or any related field. Job Responsibilities Monitor production closely and provide technical support when required to meet quality standards. Perform in-line inspection on the sewing floor for sample development to ensure quality standards and specifications as per buyer standards. Verify sample garments and Tech Packs Maintain Sampling fabric rack as per buyers' requirement. Maintain Fabric utilization records. Sample review and releasing fabric for cut. Indent follow-up to amend the changes required in the previous sample Implement quality assurance procedures, guidelines and checklists Conduct inspections Identify quality issues, analyze their root cause, and take necessary measures to improve the quality standards.
