Account Executive - Real Estate

Driven by trust, transparency, and thoughtful design, we aim to redefine modern living and become one of India’s most trusted real estate brands.Role DescriptionThe Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records for projects and company operations. The role also requires close coordination with internal teams, vendors, and management to ensure transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in all financial operations.Core ResponsibilitiesCustomer Collections & Receivables- Track customer payments (Booking, Installments, Final payment) - Follow up for due amounts - Maintain payment schedules as per agreementBilling & Invoicing- Generate invoices and receipts - Maintain customer account statements - Calculate interest/ penalties for delayed paymentsAccounts & Bookkeeping- Record entries in Tally / ERP (Customer, Vendor, Project-Wise) - Maintain ledgers - Bank reconciliationGST & Taxation- Prepare GST invoices - Handle GST returns - Work on TDS deductions and filingsVendor Payments- Process contractor/ vendor bills - Verify invoices and release payments - Maintain payable recordsCo-ordination- Work with sales team for payment update - Co-ordinate with legal team for agreement and registration - Assist audit and compliance workQualifications and Required SkillsQualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field ( preferred) - 1 – 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles (Real-Estate preferred)Required Skills- Knowledge of accounting (Journal entries, GST, TDS) - Expertise in Tally/ ERP - Proficient in MS Excel/ Word & MIS - Basic understanding of Real-Estate payment structure - Attention to detailSalary2.5 - 4.5 LPA (Fixed)Job LocationBengaluru South, Karnataka, India
