In this role, you will serve as a vital link between our visionary projects and our valued clients, assisting them through every stage of the buying and selling process.The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage complex negotiations, and build a robust network of industry professionals. You will be expected to maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends and local conditions to provide expert, data-driven advice to our clientele.Key Responsibilities- Facilitate property transactions (buying and selling) with a client-centric approach. - Negotiate pricing and contract terms to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. - Cultivate and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and industry stakeholders. - Monitor and analyze Bengaluru’s real estate market trends to provide strategic insights. - Deliver end-to-end customer support to ensure a seamless property acquisition experience.Qualifications- Experience: 2–3 years of proven sales experience working directly with a Real Estate Developer or Broker. - Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of real property laws, real estate practices, and the local Bengaluru market landscape. - Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining high ethical standards. - Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a strong focus on relationship management. - Operations: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
