The Real Estate Associate will assist with drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease agreements, providing legal counsel on real estate development and transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant real estate laws. Additional responsibilities include conducting due diligence for property-related matters, preparing documentation for real estate projects, and liaising with clients on strategic legal issues. The role requires a proactive approach in managing client needs and providing solutions focused on growth and risk mitigation.Qualifications- Knowledge and experience in Leases, including drafting and negotiating agreements and ensuring compliance. - Familiarity with Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Transactions, including due diligence and documentation processes. - Understanding of Real Estate Development and related legal issues managing developer and investor requirements. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a client-focused role. - Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) and relevant professional experience in real estate law. - Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities are essential for this position. - Experience in Indian real estate legal and regulatory contexts is an advantage.
