Degree - Minimum 5 experience in Bangalore based architectural firms - Proven working experience in sanction drawings and working drawings - Exposure of working in high rise residential and commercial projects - Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator or other design programs - Undertake design project from concept to completion - Must be from Real estate/Construction/Project Management - Interpret and translate management requirements into drawings - Research and decide on materials and products sourcing Coordinate for sourcing of “samples” and “mood products” - Supervise work progress at site - Communications and presentation skills - Project Management skills - Research and follow industry changes, evolutions and best practices
