In this role, you will manage and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms to drive user acquisition and engagement. Key responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance, executing paid ad strategies, managing budgets, and identifying opportunities for scaling. Collaborating with the creative and analytics teams to enhance content and improve KPIs will also be part of your daily work.Qualifications Work Experience- Min. 2-3 Years in performance marketing- Proficiency in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising - Minimum work experience- 2-3 years - Experience with Campaign Management, Optimization Strategies, and Budget Allocation - Strong Analytical Skills for performance tracking and data-driven decision-making - Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and analytics platforms - Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams - Ability to develop growth strategies and identify scalable opportunities - Experience in educational technology or similar domains is an advantage - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred
