About BRÜKBRÜK is a premium consumer lifestyle brand inspired by Scandinavian design — built around simplicity, functionality, and everyday joy.We’re in the early stages of building something meaningful — from product to brand to community. The foundation is set (Shopify store, social presence), and we’re now looking for someone to take ownership of marketing and help us scale intelligently.The RoleWe’re looking for a hands-on Marketing Generalist who can own and execute end-to-end marketing for BRÜK.This is not a strategy-only role. This is a builder role.You’ll work directly with the founders to:- Launch campaigns - Create content - Drive growth - Build systems using AI toolsIf you’re excited about building a brand from scratch and using AI to move faster than traditional teams — this role is for you.What You’ll Own1. Content & Social Growth- Plan and execute content across Instagram and other channels - Create short-form content (reels, hooks, scripts, captions) - Work with designers/creators or create content yourself using AI tools - Build a consistent brand voice and aesthetic2. Performance Marketing- Run and optimize paid campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) - Test creatives, audiences, and messaging - Track CAC, ROAS, and funnel performance - Continuously iterate based on data3. Shopify & Website Optimization- Manage and optimize the Shopify store - Improve conversion rates (landing pages, product pages, checkout) - Run A/B tests and experiments - Coordinate with designers/devs where needed4. Influencer & Community Marketing- Identify and collaborate with relevant creators - Manage influencer campaigns end-to-end - Build early community and brand advocates5. AI-Driven Marketing Systems- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to: - Generate content - Analyze performance - Automate workflows - Build repeatable systems to scale output without scaling costWhat We’re Looking ForMust-Haves- 2–5 years of experience in marketing (D2C/ecommerce preferred) - Strong execution ability — you can get things done fast - Comfortable across content, performance, and growth - Basic understanding of Shopify and paid ads - Strong taste — you understand what “good” looks likeAI Mindset- You actively use AI tools in your workflow - You’re curious about new tools and ways of working - You think in terms of systems, not just tasksBonus- Experience building or scaling a D2C brand - Content creation skills (video editing, scripting, etc.) - Experience with influencer marketing - Eye for design/aesthetics (important for BRÜK)How You’ll Be Measured- Growth in revenue and orders - CAC / ROAS improvement - Social growth and engagement - Website conversion rate - Speed of execution and experimentationWhy Join BRÜK- Build a brand from day 1 — not just “manage campaigns” - High ownership and autonomy - Work directly with founders - Learn and apply AI-native marketing workflows - Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the brand scalesHow to ApplySend us:- Your resume - Links to work (campaigns, content, brands you’ve worked on) - A short note on how you would grow a new lifestyle brand from 0 → 1
