This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to start their career in business development and learn the fundamentals of B2B lead generation, client outreach, and sales processes.Key Responsibilities:- Research and identify potential B2B clients through LinkedIn, databases, and online platforms - Generate qualified leads via cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach - Maintain and update lead information in CRM tools - Initiate contact with decision-makers to introduce company services - Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team - Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert leads - Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve lead generation strategies - Maintain daily/weekly reports of lead generation activitiesKey Requirements:- Fresher or up to 6 months of experience in sales/lead generation (Internship in B2B sales in prefered) - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Basic understanding of B2B sales process (training will be provided) - Willingness to learn and grow in a sales environment - Basic knowledge of MS Excel and online research - Self-motivated and target-driven mindset - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (BBA/BBM/Marketing preferred)Preferred Skills:- Familiarity with LinkedIn for lead generation - Good email drafting and communication skills - Ability to handle rejection and stay motivatedKey Performance Indicators (KPIs):- Number of leads generated per day/week - Quality of leads (qualified prospects) - Number of meetings/demo bookings - Conversion support to sales team
