Role Description We are seeking a full-time Channel Partner to join our team at Vibez Estates in Bengaluru. In this on-site role, the Channel Partner will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with channel partners, driving channel sales, developing business plans, and overseeing account management. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging with potential partners, facilitating sales activities, creating strategic development plans, and ensuring partner satisfaction by addressing their needs. Qualifications Experience in Channel Sales, Channel Partners, and building successful business relationships. Proficiency in Business Planning and developing strategies for market growth. Strong Account Management skills to nurture client relationships and maintain partner satisfaction. Excellent Sales skills, including negotiation, communication, and target achievement. Proven ability to work collaboratively in dynamic, goal-oriented environments. Experience in the real estate or plantation industry is a plus.
