Definepriorities, objectives and KPIsfor digital marketing performance. Coordinate marketing initiatives withexternal partners and regional stakeholders .Digital Acquisition & Performance ManagementSupervise digital marketing performance acrossglobal and regional search ecosystems across Asia .Coordinate and superviseSEA activities outsourced to external partners , including:Google Ads Bing Ads Baidu Ads (China) Naver Ads (Korea) Yahoo Japan Ads (Japan)Responsibilities include:coordination with external SEA agencies monitoring campaign performance and ROI defining regional acquisition priorities ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategySuperviseSEO strategy and website optimization performed internally by the Social Media & Website Content Manager Asia , including search engines such as:Google Bing Baidu (China) Naver (Korea) Yahoo JapanSupervise the development ofGEO (Generative Engine Optimization)initiativesperformed internally by the Social Media & Website Content Manager Asia , to improve the company’s visibility acrossAI-driven search and generative platforms , including:ChatGPT Gemini DeepSeek otheremerging AI search and generative discovery platformsMonitor and optimize digital acquisition performance through:traffic generation lead generation conversion rates campaign ROIContent Strategy & LocalizationWork closely with theSocial Media & Website Content Manager Asiato ensureSEO optimization and content performance across Asian markets Ensure adaptation ofEnglish industrial content produced in Europe for Asian markets Oversee translation and localization of content intoChinese, Japanese, Korean and Southeast Asian languages Maintainbrand consistency and technical accuracy across all channelsEvents, Trade Shows & Customer MarketingSupervise and coordinatemarketing events across Asia.Organization oftrade shows in China, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, India and other regional markets Coordination oftechnical customer events at client facilities Organization ofTech Days and partner events Integration of events into thelead generation strategy Analysis ofevent performance and return on investmentPublic Relations & Media VisibilityDevelop EC International Group’sindustrial visibility across Asian media ecosystems.Build relationships withindustrial and economic media across Asia Managepress releases and regional media solid experience as aMarketing Manager or Regional Marketing Manager You have experience working acrossAsian or international markets You are comfortable managingmulti-country marketing strategies You combinestrategic vision with operational execution capabilities You aredata-driven and performance-orientedExperience inindustrial or B2B environmentsis a strong advantage.KEY SKILLS:Strong expertise
