Role ObjectiveLead brand strategy, project launches, and sustenance marketing for SOBHA’s residential portfolio across South India.The role owns end-to-end brand delivery—from positioning and launch narratives to integrated campaign execution—ensuring SOBHA’s benchmarks of precision, consistency, and craftsmanship are reflected across every touchpointKey ResponsibilitiesProject Launch Ownership- Lead brand strategy and marketing for new residential project launches - Build clear positioning, launch narratives, and communication architecture - Drive pre-launch, launch, and post-launch momentumBrand Strategy & Consistency- Develop region-specific brand strategies aligned with SOBHA’s master brand - Ensure consistency in brand tonality, messaging, and visual language - Act as the brand custodian for the South regionCampaign Planning & Execution- Lead 360° campaigns across digital, print, OOH, PR, and on-ground activations - Collaborate with creative, media, and digital teams to deliver high-impact campaigns - Balance brand storytelling with business objectivesProject Sustenance Marketing- Own lifecycle marketing for ongoing projects (phases, inventory, milestones) - Refresh narratives to maintain recall, relevance, and sales momentum - Work closely with sales to align marketing with on-ground prioritiesMarket Intelligence & Performance- Track competition, consumer insights, and market trends - Monitor campaign performance and optimize using defined KPIs
