IMPORTANT:Please submit your resume in PDF format only, and kindly read the JD in its entirety.ROLE OVERVIEW:This is a brand-building leadership role within a fast-scaling, founder-led entrepreneurial group operating across the Hospitality sector.While your primary focus will be transforming their flagship Modern QSR chain into a widely recognized brand, you will also gain strategic exposure to an International Dining Concept (launching in Europe) and a B2B Catering vertical.This is not a pure performance marketing role. We are seeking a builder who understands how strong food brands are created through storytelling, aesthetics, and community pull.You will begin as a hands-on Individual Contributor owning strategy and execution, with the mandate to make the primary brand one of the most trusted South Indian food names outside the South.POSITION DETAILS:- Role: Brand Lead- Experience Required: 3 to 6+ years- Compensation: ₹10 to 15 LPA- Client’s Industry: Hospitality Group (QSR, Fine Dining, B2B Catering) | ₹15 to 20 Crore Revenue Range- Location: Bengaluru- Travel Requirements: Minimum 10 days per month (India + Occasional International Travel)- Employment Type: Full-time- Work Arrangement: Work from Office (WFO)- Working Days: Mon-SatABOUT THE CLIENT’S COMPANY:Our client is a dynamic group operating across sectors. The hospitality vertical is their primary growth engine, comprising:- Primary QSR Brand: A modern South Indian fast-casual brand with 10+ outlets, currently undergoing a "2.0" transformation for national expansion.- International Dining Concept: A premium South Indian vegetarian restaurant launching its first location in Europe.- B2B Catering Division: A reliability-focused corporate catering business serving thousands of meals daily.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Brand Strategy & Portfolio Ownership- Own the brand narrative, tone, and visual identity across the hospitality portfolio, ensuring consistency and premium quality at every customer touchpoint. - Act as the custodian of brand aesthetics across social media, menus, packaging, in-store branding, and campaign creatives. - Lead the storytelling and content direction for the International brand launch and drive selective credibility initiatives for the B2B catering vertical.Social Media & Content Leadership- Take end-to-end ownership of the flagship brand's social media presence with a strong instinct for food aesthetics and visual storytelling. - Direct and guide agencies, creators, and freelancers to produce high-quality Reels and short-form video content. - Ensure social media efforts drive genuine recall and craving, focusing on community connection rather than just vanity metrics.Organic Growth & Footfall Generation- Design and execute campaigns specifically to increase walk-ins, repeat visits, and organic traction, reducing dependency on paid media. - Build and manage structured neighborhood-level marketing calendars and partner with operations to ensure successful on-ground delivery.Data, Analytics & Business Thinking- Track and analyze the impact of campaigns on store-level sales, footfalls, and CAC vs. organic traction. - Convert insights from POS data, Google Analytics, and aggregator dashboards (Swiggy/Zomato) into clear business decisions.Execution Ownership- Start as a hands-on Individual Contributor owning execution, from managing agencies to building brand playbooks. - Establish the processes required to hire and scale the internal marketing team over time.WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (12-18 MONTHS):- Brand Recall: Strong recognition for the primary brand in key markets. - Growth: Visible improvement in organic footfalls and repeat customer rates. - Presence: A consistent, high-quality social media presence that drives engagement. - Team: A small, high-quality in-house marketing team is hired and operational.WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:a) Must-Haves:- Full-time bachelor’s degree in any field. - Experience: 3-6+ years of marketing experience with mandatory F&B / QSR exposure. - Aesthetic Sense: Proven judgment in food aesthetics, content creation, and visual storytelling. - Mindset: High ownership and a founder-compatible mindset; comfortable owning both strategy and execution.b) Nice-to-Haves:- MBA degree (preferably in Marketing & Branding). - Experience scaling a consumer brand or exposure to multi-outlet restaurant businesses. - Ability to balance creativity with commercial discipline.c) Tools & Skills Required:- Analytics: Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Google Analytics, and POS Data analysis. - Aggregators: Deep understanding of Swiggy & Zomato dashboards and ecosystems. - Content: Ability to guide visual content and design direction effectively.REPORTING STRUCTURE:This role will report directly to the CEO, MD, Partners, and/or the key leadership team.⚠️ CANDIDATES/APPLICANTS PLEASE NOTE:Apex Growth Talent and/or its representatives never charge any fees or money at any stage of the recruitment process.
