Our culture is fast-paced, data-driven, and deeply collaborative — built for people who love ownership and impact.Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Social Media Specialist who can take Joveo’s voice, brand, and momentum and convert it into high-quality, consistent, and engaging content across LinkedIn and other channels.This role is responsible for shaping Joveo’s digital presence — including employer branding, thought leadership, product storytelling, customer success narratives, and executive brand amplification (CEO + ELT).If you love social-first storytelling, high-velocity content creation, and building brands in the AI + HR Tech ecosystem, this is for you.Key Responsibilities1. LinkedIn Page Ownership- Manage Joveo’s global LinkedIn company page end-to-end. - Develop, schedule, and publish daily/weekly content aligned with brand strategy. - Maintain content consistency, tone, and messaging across all social touchpoints.2. Thought Leadership & Executive Visibility- Create and amplify content for ELT members — including insights, POVs, achievements, and milestones. - Identify opportunities for high-engagement posts aligned with industry trends.3. Content Strategy & Creation- Plan monthly content calendars across hiring, product, culture, and customer impact. - Write clear, compelling social copy tailored to global audiences. - Work with design teams to create engaging visuals (short videos, carousels, banners, infographics, reels).4. Analytics & Performance Reporting- Track engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and campaign performance. - Recommend optimization strategies based on insights and platform trends. - Maintain a data-driven approach to improving content performance.5. Employer Branding & Talent Funnels- Partner with People & Supply teams to build content that showcases culture, mission, and career opportunities. - Promote hiring campaigns, team achievements, and employer value propositions.6. Cross-Functional Collaboration- Collaborate with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Supply, and ELT for updates, launches, and stories. - Ensure alignment with broader marketing, PR, and communications initiatives.What Success Looks Like- Consistent, high-quality content published across Joveo’s LinkedIn footprint. - Significant growth in page followers, engagement rate, and inbound interest. - Stronger employer brand visibility and top-of-funnel talent attraction. - Leadership team content amplified and positioned effectively in the market. - A noticeable increase in brand recall within HR Tech, AI, and Recruitment Marketing ecosystems.Requirements- 1–4 years of experience in social media, content, or digital marketing roles. - Strong understanding of LinkedIn as a professional platform (bonus for B2B tech or SaaS exposure). - Exceptional writing, storytelling, and content planning skills. - Ability to manage multiple content streams in a fast-paced environment. - Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar. - A portfolio or samples of prior social media/content work.Nice-to-Have- Experience in HR Tech, AdTech, AI, or B2B SaaS. - Knowledge of paid social and boosting strategies. - Ability to create basic short-form video content.Why Join Joveo?- Work with a global team building industry-defining technology. - Ownership, autonomy, and freedom to experiment creatively. - Hyper-growth environment with massive learning opportunities. - Culture that rewards initiative, speed, and accountability.
