Program Manager for a Marketing Company

Role Overview We are seeking a Program Manager to lead marketing programs for schools. This role involves overseeing campaign execution, delivering pitches to prospective clients, and managing client relationships. The Program Manager will coordinate between schools and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end marketing programs for schools – from planning to execution. • Deliver engaging presentations and pitches to prospective school clients. • Collaborate with creative, digital, and operations teams to execute campaigns. • Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers. • Track program performance, analyze results, and prepare reports. • Stay informed about education and marketing trends to provide strategic inputs. • Ensure smooth client onboarding and long-term satisfaction. Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. • 2–4 years of experience in program/project management (preferably in marketing/education). • Strong understanding of branding and digital marketing. • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. • Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts. • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
