Job Title: Business AnalystLocation: AMR Tech Park BangaloreDepartment: Marketing / Business IntelligenceReports To: VP of MarketingJob Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Business Analyst to work closely with our Marketing team, providing insights that will drive strategic decisions across marketing campaigns, budget allocation, channel performance, and competitor benchmarking. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical capabilities with a solid understanding of marketing metrics to help optimize performance and ROI across all marketing initiatives.Key Responsibilities:Campaign Analysis & Performance Tracking:- Analyze marketing campaign performance across all channels (e.g., digital, social, email, paid media, events). - Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize conversion, engagement, and ROI. - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, engagement metrics, and lead quality.Marketing Budget & ROI Analysis:- Monitor marketing spend and ensure alignment with the allocated budget. - Evaluate cost-effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest reallocation of funds for better ROI. - Forecast future spend based on historical performance and planned campaigns.Channel Effectiveness & Optimization:- Identify which marketing channels are driving the best performance in terms of leads, conversions, and cost-efficiency. - Recommend shifts in strategy or spend based on data-driven insights.Lead & Funnel Analysis:- Analyze lead generation efforts and conversion rates through the sales funnel. - Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure lead quality and pipeline efficiency. - Identify bottlenecks and opportunities for improving lead nurturing and conversion.Competitor & Market Intelligence:- Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking to understand market trends, competitor strategies, and pricing models. - Support marketing and product teams with data to inform strategic positioning and campaign messaging.Strategic Marketing Insights:- Translate data into strategic insights that influence marketing planning and decision-making. - Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in a clear, concise, and visually engaging manner.
