Location: Bangalore Experience Required: 1+ Year Salary Range: ₹3,00,000 – ₹4,20,000 P.A About the Role As a Meta Ads Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and scaling of ad campaigns on Facebook & Instagram. You’ll work directly with clients, report on performance, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and optimize Meta ad campaigns for multiple brands. Scale campaigns profitably and manage monthly budgets effectively. Generate performance reports and present insights to clients. Collaborate with creative, content, and analytics teams for campaign success. Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, and funnels. Stay updated with Meta’s latest ad features, trends, and policies. Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and performance delivery. Requirements 1+ year of hands-on experience in Meta Ads (agency experience preferred). Proven track record of scaling brand campaigns. Strong knowledge of campaign structures, audiences, and bidding strategies. Excellent analytical, reporting, and client communication skills.
