Job description Designation - Senior Manager - Marketing Location - BangaloreJob Summary: We are looking for a strategic and creative Marketing Manager to lead marketing and promotional initiatives . The role involves driving footfall, increasing consumption, generating income through events and signages, and enhancing the customer experience through innovative campaigns and programs.Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute annual marketing strategies and event calendars. Develop and implement Annual Marketing Calendars detailing strategic and tactical initiative. Develop and implement Annual Marketing Strategy. Conceptualise, negotiate and collaborate towards ensuring delivery of key events every year at a national / very large scale that is rolled out at the asset. Plan and deliver large-scale events and national campaigns. Drive revenue through signages, kiosks, and event spaces. Manage PR, media relations, and customer engagement programs. Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools for customer communication. Implement customer delight and loyalty initiatives. Analyze marketing performance and prepare business plans and reports. Monitor and control marketing budgets and financials. Align marketing efforts with overall business goals and footfall targets.Required Skills: Presentations and pitching – both verbal and written Creative thinking and ability to stay on effective, object focused strategy at all times Planning and organizing skills – ability to plan ahead, be mindful of deadlines and manage a variety of projects at the same time. A good eye for detail is required. Budget and financial monitoring and planning Managed a profit center Team player and negotiation skills Working with diverse personalities across external and internal stake holders / clients Achievement and results Orientation.
