Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive – Global Marketplace Location: Bangalore, India Job Overview: We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to optimize advertising strategies on global marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, and other key e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing campaigns, and improving ROI by leveraging data insights and marketplace tools. Key Responsibilities: Business and Strategy:  Managing our company account on Market place. Marketplace Advertising:  Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on Amazon (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display) and other e-commerce platforms.  Develop strategies to maximize visibility, improve rankings, and increase sales through PPC and display ads. Analytics & Optimization:  Monitor campaign performance metrics like ACOS, ROAS, CTR, and CVR.  Analyze sales data, keyword performance, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.  Perform keyword research and bid optimization to enhance campaign efficiency. Budget Management:  Allocate and manage advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI while staying within spend limits.  Track daily ad spends and adjust campaigns to meet performance targets. Collaboration & Coordination:  Partner with the marketplace team to ensure product listings are optimized with relevant keywords, compelling content, and high-quality images.  Collaborate with content and design teams to create high-converting ad creatives. Performance Reporting:  Prepare detailed performance reports for stakeholders, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.  Present weekly/monthly reports on campaign performance and advertising spend. Operation & supply:  Inventory management Qualifications & Skills: Experience:  2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising, with a strong focus on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart.  Proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns and using Amazon Advertising Console (AMS). Technical Skills:  Proficiency in tools like Amazon Advertising Console, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.  Advanced knowledge of campaign optimization techniques, including bid adjustments and keyword targeting.
