To accelerate digital discovery and drive qualified admissions traffic, we are hiring an experienced Manager – SEO to own and scale our organic search performance across all branches and programs. Role Summary: You will lead the end‑to‑end SEO strategy—technical, on‑page, off‑page, and local—ensuring our web properties rank prominently for high‑intent parent and student queries. Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will collaborate closely with content, tech, brand, and performance teams to deliver sustainable, data‑driven growth in organic sessions, leads, and online reputation. Key Responsibilities: SEO Strategy & Roadmap Develop and execute short‑ and long‑term SEO roadmaps aligned with admissions cycles and brand objectives. Conduct regular keyword research, opportunity sizing, and competitive gap analyses. Technical SEO Excellence Lead site audits (crawlability, indexation, Core Web Vitals, schema markup, XML sitemaps, site architecture). Liaise with developers to prioritise and implement fixes that improve page speed, mobile friendliness, and accessibility. On‑Page & Content Optimisation Create SEO briefs and guidelines for content, ensuring proper keyword placement, internal linking, and metadata. Optimise existing landing pages and blog assets to boost relevance, readability, and conversion potential. Off‑Page & Authority Building Design and execute white‑hat link‑building campaigns (digital PR, guest posts, partnerships) to grow domain authority. Monitor backlink profile health; disavow toxic links proactively. Local SEO & Multi‑Location Management Optimise Google Business Profiles for 110+ campuses; manage NAP consistency, reviews, and local citations. Implement location landing pages targeting “best CBSE schools near me” and other geo‑qualified keywords. Analytics, Reporting & Experimentation Configure and maintain GA4, GSC, Looker Studio dashboards tracking KPIs: impressions, clicks, rankings, sessions, lead form fills, and ROI. Run A/B tests on titles, meta descriptions, schema, and UX tweaks to improve CTR and user engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications: At least 3 years of hands‑on SEO experience with proven success in scaling organic traffic and leads. Deep knowledge of Google algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices (technical, on‑page, off‑page, local). Proficiency with SEO & analytics tools: GA4, Google Search Console, Data Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Tag Manager.
