You will play a crucial role in generating qualified leads by ensuring listings are well-optimized, up to date, and engaging. Key Responsibilities: ● Generate quality leads through active listings on platforms like 99acres, MagicBricks, and . ● Upload, update, and maintain accurate property listings on real estate portals. ● Ensure all listings are visually appealing, keyword-optimized, and refreshed regularly. ● Monitor analytics and lead inflow from property portals to identify trends and improve performance. ● Coordinate with Sales and Telesales teams to gather inventory details and highlight key features. ● Test and experiment with listing formats, titles, descriptions, images, and premium features. ● Maintain organized records of listing activities using Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools. ● Stay up to date with real estate portal trends, tools, and best practices.
