We’re hiring: Executive – Manufacturing Excellence (ME)Location: Irbid, JordanReporting to: Manager – MEDepartment: Manufacturing ExcellenceJob Summary:The ideal candidate will assist in implementing continuous improvement strategies, support data-driven decision-making, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency. This role is ideal for someone passionate about lean manufacturing, automation, and process optimization in the apparel industry.Key Responsibilities:✅ Assist in implementing Lean, Six Sigma, and automation initiatives✅ Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for improvement projects✅ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute improvement plans✅ Maintain accurate records of project progress and outcomes✅ Participate in training programs and workshops on CI tools and methods✅ Monitor KPIs and contribute to achieving operational targets✅ Provide regular updates to the ME team and managementQualifications:✅ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Fashion Technology, Textile, or related field✅ 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing excellence or industrial engineering✅ Basic knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement tools✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills✅ Good communication and teamwork abilities✅ Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools✅ Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
