Candidates ready to join immediately can share their details via email for quick processing.CCTC | ECTC | Notice Period | Location Preferencenitin.patil@Act fast for immediate attention! ⏳Key Responsibilities- Provide Level 3 production support for complex and high-severity Icertis issues - Perform deep root cause analysis across configurations, rules, workflows, and data models - Troubleshoot API and integration issues with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and other systems - Support and maintain Icertis data models, schema extensions, and impact analysis - Handle data fixes, bulk updates, and corrective scripts as per platform guidelines - Support platform upgrades, patches, regression testing, and production deployments - Collaborate with Icertis product support for critical defects and escalations - Guide L2 teams and contribute to long-term issue prevention and system stabilityMust-Have Skills- 5+ years of experience on enterprise SaaS platforms with strong hands-on Icertis (ICI) experience - Strong knowledge of Icertis configuration, data architecture, rules framework, and workflows - Proven experience in production support for large-scale CLM implementations - Strong expertise in REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and API troubleshooting - Experience handling high-severity incidents, RCA, and escalation management - Immediate joiner or short notice preferredGood-to-Have Skills- Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, and middleware platforms - Exposure to performance tuning, monitoring, and scalability improvements - Experience in release management and change management - Prior experience working in L3 / critical support environmentsPrimary SkillsIcertis, API Integration, Production Support, REST APIs
