About Us MSA Global Technology & Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a precision aerospace machining company specializing in Class A and mission-critical aero engine and aero structure components. With advanced CNC machining infrastructure and a robust Quality Management System (AS9100D), we cater to global OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers including GE India, IAMPL, Dynamatic, and NEST Group. We are expanding our operations and are seeking a Production Manager to lead our manufacturing team with a focus on quality, efficiency, and delivery excellence. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day production activities across CNC, VMC, and turning centers. • Plan, schedule, and monitor production targets to meet delivery commitments. • Coordinate with planning, quality, and engineering teams for smooth workflow. • Ensure adherence to AS9100D, customer-specific, and internal process standards. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, cycle time reduction, and cost optimization. • Implement and monitor shop floor discipline, manpower deployment, and shift management. • Review and approve production documentation – route cards, process sheets, and traveler documents. • Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for non-conformances. • Ensure proper machine maintenance, tool management, and 5S compliance. • Support ERP utilization for production planning, tracking, and reporting. • Develop the team’s technical capabilities through training and mentoring. ⸻ Desired Candidate Profile • Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Industrial Engineering. • Experience: 10–15 years in precision machining; at least 5 years in a managerial role. • Strong understanding of aerospace machining processes, jigs, fixtures, and CNC programming basics. • Experience working with tight tolerances, special processes, and aerospace-grade materials. • Knowledge of AS9100D / NADCAP / LEAN / 5S / TPM systems. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Hands-on approach with high attention to detail and delivery timelines. ⸻ What We Offer • Opportunity to work with world-class aerospace clients. • Exposure to cutting-edge machining technology. • A performance-driven and growth-oriented work culture. • Competitive compensation aligned with experience.
