Associate Manager- Legal Regulatory and Product Advisory

JD | Legal Team | Regulatory and Product Advisory Responsibilities: Advise business teams on the legal and regulatory framework applicable to Moneyview’s existing and new products, including structuring of new product and technology initiatives. Provide guidance on regulatory matters relevant to the BFSI sector, including data protection, privacy, and information security. Assist with implementation of the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and related requirements including data mapping, consent frameworks, and stakeholder training. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements with business partners (partner agreements with financial institutions, sourcing / referral agreements and technology vendor contracts). Collaborate with internal stakeholders and negotiate with external stakeholders, including consultants, advisors, and external counsel, to effectively manage multiple projects. Qualifications: Law degree from a recognised, well-ranked university. Between 2-4 years of relevant PQE. Experience in legal drafting, research, and negotiation of commercial contracts. Experience working with the fintech / TMT practice at a corporate law firm and / or as in-house counsel in a fintech is preferred.
