Job title: AttorneyWorking Hours:Monday to Thursday - 2PM IST to 11PM ISTFriday - 4PM IST to 1 AM ISTWork Location: Onsite (Koramangala, Bangalore)Requirements• Law Graduate with 3-4 years experience• Good understanding of commercial law; strong subject matter expertise; able to provide sound and practical legal advice on contractual issues.• Excellent research, analytical skills; able to exercise judgment and discretion to opine on compliance/ legal issues effectively.• Written and oral communication skills.• Problem solving and analytical skills.• Keen attention to detail.• Strong interpersonal skills and high degree of awareness to be able to face clients, suppliers, internal stakeholders.• Proficient in MS Office, especially in Word & Excel, ability to quickly learn software solutions and contract management tools.Key Responsibilities• Draft/Review/Redline/Negotiate contracts (e.g. Agreement, Work Order/Statement of work, and Amendments etc.) independently or along with other stakeholders.• Work with internal and external stakeholders to structure, prepare, negotiate and finalize commercial proposals, etc.• Creating the guideline documents in relation to contract management as a process (for e.g. SOPs, Playbooks, templates).• Follow-up work, both internally and with counterparts to gather comments, information, review and ultimately complete agreements and prepare them for execution.• Working closely with the business owners, responding to queries on the documentation, providing updates.• Conduct due diligence investigations and gather relevant information.
