The Senior Legal Executive will be responsible for preparing legal documents, providing legal advice, handling property law matters, and managing conveyancing processes. The role includes daily tasks such as drafting, reviewing, and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments to safeguard the organization's legal interests. Qualifications Handle Customer Quires and sales Prepare Agreements Expertise in Law and Legal Advice Experience in Legal Document Preparation and Property Law Proficient in Conveyancing processes and procedures Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks Experience in the construction or real estate industry is advantageous Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
